Mad About MoroccanOil

Q: How did Carrie and the girls on the set of SATC2 keep their hair so gorgeous, sleek and frizz-free, whilst filming on-set in Morocco?

A: Well if I were to hazard a guess, then i’d bet that MoroccanOil might have something to do with it…

MoroccanOil has been on my beauty radar for a little while now as it’s gained a cult following across the globe, and is much talked about amongst beauty editors. Now I have to admit, I’m a teensy bit obsessed with hair styling products, and also very particular about what I use, as i’m quite settled into my hair styling routine. The thought of working an oil product into my hair was a little bit scary, as I never like it to look too shiny after blowdrying. So I was a little bit sceptical when I applied the stuff for the first time and decided to use it just on the ends of my hair to begin with. Interestingly, the liquid felt thicker and more like a serum as oppsosed to an oil, when I poured into the palm of my hand. It instantly made my hair extremely soft and supple and definately added instant lustre to the tips. After blow drying, I could see what all the fuss is about. I’d go as far as saying that there is something quite magical about this hair product: not only did it smooth down my split ends but it also seemed (as promised) to speed up the styling process, as well as managing the frizz that my hair is sometimes prone to.

I’m pretty sure that MoroccanOil will become a solid component in my beauty routine, having a gazillion uses as a hair-tamer, restorer, split-end mender, speed-styler, smoother and conditioner to name a few! Pheewwwwfff it certainly ticks a lot of beauty boxes!
